Our staff of designers creates new themes for both our Spring and Christmas season lines. Each theme is based on two principle colors with 6 to 8 accent colors. Our products cover both botanically correct varieties as well as more decorative and imaginative renditions of the actual plant. With over 4,000 Spring sku’s, over 10,000 Christmas sku’s, and a 97% seasonal line recreation, our products appeal to all regions of the country season after season, year after year.

Customer Service

DE offers the best customer service in the industry. Our service starts during the sales process. All DE sales representatives are required to stay abreast of the latest trends in style and color. All sales people are schooled by the design team in the composition of our line, the ideas behind the lines’ creation, and how it fits into the general industry trend. We, therefore, can engage in consultative selling with our customers and help guide them through our line in picking those products that offer the best sell through.

Each customer is assigned a Customer Service Representative who is fully aware of the account’s activity including credit terms, ship dates, and product questions.
