Existing Customers: Standard Terms apply
New Customers: Net 30 days with approved Credit.  Extended terms available for prebook orders.
Credit Card Customers: 25% Deposit with order, Balance Charged in 30 days

Shipping:

All product Shipped FOB, Tacoma, WA, USA.
Freight Quotes: DE will contact customer with Freight Quote prior to shipping
Palletized Shipments: $9 p/pallet Charge applied
Note: No COD or Prepaid Freight
Backorders: DE will fill backorders as soon as the product is available unless otherwise instructed in advance, in writing
Returns: No return will be accepted without a Return Authorization. Please contact your Account Manager. All Freight Charges are the customer’s responsibility
Prices: All Prices are in US$ and subject to change without notice
